However, a subscriber may request to have a service put on hold for a specific amount of time; the client will be informed of this upon request. After the holing period date, the service will be terminated.

Caplify Research will make sure that any customer grievances are promptly resolved. Customers can use the Caplify Research support portal to raise complaints by sending an email to researchcaplify@gmail.com

Customers can make a complaint on the SCORES platform (SEBI complaints resolution system scores.gov.in) if their issue that they brought up on the support platform is not addressed in 21 working days.

In the event that a client or investor is dissatisfied with the resolution after exploring the above avenues, they may initiate a dispute through the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Portal at https://smartodr.in/login.
